Guide to Completing a Civil Motion Draft Order (Ontario Superior Court of Justice)

This guide explains how to complete a Draft Order (Form 59A). It is applicable to civil motions that are filed at the Ontario Superior Court, Canada.   This Guide is designed for newcomers to Ontario's civil legal process, such as new lawyers and self-represented litigants.  Note that this Guide does not apply to family law or small claims court matters.
